Hi there, just wondering what the best way to log standing, walking, and cash register upper body movement is (because it's just not "standing still"Wink in the exercise diary. I'm thinking to use just standing as a conservative estimate, but boy I'm tired and I actually worked up a sweat at the register, so then I was thinking maybe use housework(?). Because sometimes I'm on the floor helping customers the whole day, walking around and fiddling with merchandise. Sometimes I'm on the register.

What do you think?

I would use housework as a guide, you can try looking on other sites and create your own "other" and try to figure in each activity to make your work day exercise.

FatSecret's calculation for this sort of stuff is absolutely waaaay out. I would just set your daily activity level to "moderately active" and leave it at that.
