What to eat everyday? because my RDI says I need to eat 2400 CAL per day.

Hi, I'm new here. Im 15 yrs old and I think I look fat.
Im 62KG at present.
32 in waist.
5'6" ft.

What do you think about it?
and What food should I intake everyday.
I jog at the treadmill everyday for 30 min. is it enough?

Take time to talk to your doctor about this, ask him/her what your calorie intake should be at your age. This is a great site for teaching you what foods are good for you and which are not. Best Wishes on your way to being healthy.

I don't think that 15 yrs old is a good time to go to any hard-core diet. your body is still growing and developing and you can't afford the risk of cutting out any food group. Try tracking your food to estimate how many calories you eat per day and where the most calories are coming from. If you find that you eat 3000 cals a day with 1500 coming from french bread and sweets, then it's a problem Smile
30 mins of jogging every day sounds like plenty to me. As long as you don't spend the rest of the day on the couch.

I agree with everyone else, Jeoren. The first time I thought I was "fat" was when I was young like you and then I started dieting etc and I think I actually dieted UP to this weight now... it's not a good idea. If I were you, I'd cut out soda and candy because no one should eat that junk and then become more active in your daily activities.
