I am always hungry. I'm eating all the right things, proteins, fruit, veggies, carbs in am and for lunch and protein at night. I'm always finding myself hungry. I need to see a nutritionist but don't want to pay the $20 co-pay. Anyone have a plan for me?

If you make your diet calendar public, people can give you great advice. Without that, it's really anybody's guess Smile

I was always hungry until I discovered some food intolerances. Eliminating dairy, seafood, and some other foods from my diet tamed the beast, but was very hard to do.Elimination diet is one way to find the offending food(s).
