Working your abs doesn't take 30 minutes or working out every day. You have to have that recovery time.

I just started using my Ab Lounge 2 again in the last week. I was worn out today after 10 minutes.

Six pack abs are over-rated. They only share if you're baring your middle and are mainly the result of a very low body fat. (16% or less if you're a woman. 7% if you're a man). More important is to work your core -the deep abdominal and lower back muscles to support your body while you're moving.

Abs, Shmabs.

I read this somewhere and thought I would share:

"Great abs do not start in the gym, they start in the kitchen."

Unfortunately mine ended in the kitchen also...LOL Smile

If you read the article closer it actually is saying that it is a myth to work out for 30 minutes or everyday. The "truth" is the proof that the myth is wrong. It's just written a little confusingly.

I think some of the article makes good points.
