I just started using my Ab Lounge 2 again in the last week. I was worn out today after 10 minutes.

Six pack abs are over-rated. They only share if you're baring your middle and are mainly the result of a very low body fat. (16% or less if you're a woman. 7% if you're a man). More important is to work your core -the deep abdominal and lower back muscles to support your body while you're moving.

If you read the article closer it actually is saying that it is a myth to work out for 30 minutes or everyday. The "truth" is the proof that the myth is wrong. It's just written a little confusingly.
I think some of the article makes good points.

Yes I do the Debbie Siebers dvd's and the there is only a small section on each dvd dedicated to ab work...
