I like browsing the internet for things ....every now and then I find things that help me stay focus; motivated; etc...so I like to share it with people. Here's a website that I found that was helpful to me in seeing my weight loss progression in 6 months...so once you enter in your info it'll ask you how many calories you want to eat...THIS WAS MY FAVORITE PART because most sites TELL you how many calories to eat and for me it's sometimes not good enough...so I liked that this site asked how many calories you want to eat once you submit your stats....then it'll tell you what you're weight loss progress will look like down the road for 6 months...it's also nice because it acknowledges the concept that if you eat the same amount of calories or weekly average of the same amount of calories with the same activity level at some point as you lose the weight you'll burn less and lose less per week than when you started...it's just a cool tool; check it out!

Wow, that is amazing! I entered my numbers with different activity levels and the difference between "lightly active" and "moderately active" is significant. This is exactly what I needed to motivate me to exercise. I'll definitely add this calculator to my favorites.

totally neat right!...I used to see how long it'll take me to lose another 5-10 lbs if I average a certain amount of calories per week and my activity stayed the same...it's helpful for me to see that I don't necessarily need to workout more but be more patient and it'll get there...
