I'm trying to clear my diet calendar of all exercise prior to last Monday, but don't know how.

I had to delete something and the only way I found to do it was to go back to the specific exercise and "decrease" the time by however many minutes I put in. for example, I put in 1 hour 10 minutes walking. I have to choose "decrease" by 1 hour 10 minutes. That seems like a lot of work if you have a lot of entries you want to erase.

abbcsiar is correct. You cannot delete, but you can replace an activity with rest or sleep.

FS pre-enters 16 hours of rest and 8 hours of sleep (or close to it). Adding an activity replaces the activity time with one of these two.

If you decrease an activity by the total amount of time entered, it will ask you what you want to replace it with - either rest or sleep.
