I am new to the website and was posting my nutritional info but have found that the site is automatically putting in sugar where it shouldn't be as in mayo, mixed salad etc. Is there actually greens that have sugar and I'm just not aware of it!!!

Yes. Even vegies contain usually small amounts of natural sugar. It's not the same as the refined processed sugar you'd find in say jelly beans, but it is sugar and contributes to total carbohydrate count.

Hi - some brands of Mayo do have sugar in. If you can't find one in the list that reflects the brand you're using, you can submit the nutritional content of your brand then either share it or keep it private for your own use. Any I've done that with appear at the top of the list. Many in mixed salad do contain sugars (I know cucumber and tomatoes do for sure, so I'd image others have small amounts aswell).

Yes practically all foods contain some carbohydrates other than meats and oils. Many foods, such as commercially processed mayo, have added sugar or high fructose corn syrup. Most salad dressings have sugar.

Usually the green ones don't have as much sugar, like say celery, broccoli, or zucchini, and mayo like hellmans which really is only eggs and vinegar has just a negligable amount of carbs, but you have to look at the end game. Consuming 8 or 9 carbs in a salad is way better than 18 in a potato, or however it actually comes out to, I was making those numbers up for argument sake. There is a way to add the NET carbs to your count, THOSE are the ones that actually affect your blood sugar, and so, affect your weight. Generally greens have a good deal of fiber in them, so even though celery has carbs, the amount of fiber it contains cancels that out for a net carb count of zero. Focus on that, if you can keep that down, you're doin' fine!

Yes, I am aware of the NET CARBS. I was actually talking about the sugar. The mayo I bought states no sugar, but the website added it.
I am on the Atkins and can't have ANY sugar and am having trouble finding food! They tell you to drink bouillon, but all have sugar. I did find bacon at Krogers that does not contain sugar. YIPPEE
Can anyone tell me where to find sugar free catsup????

You can buy either Walden Farms Ketchup which is calorie free and carb free- which I got at or you can use the Heinz Reduced Sugar which I found at Safeway after trying many stores. It has only 5 calories. BTW, Atkin does not say NO sugar. It would be imposible to eat veggies if there was no sugar allowed. All have veggies have natural sugars (as do fruit which come in later on in the plan). But, like you, I don't want to waste carbs on a condiment. So I usw Walden Farms because they make No Carb, No Cal Ketchup, seafood sauce, salad dressings, dip, jellies, syrups, peanut spread and even "pasta sauces" which can be used with the no carb or 1 net carb shirataki noodles.

Can I record Reps vs Time?
