I've realized I really need a diet buddy to help keep me motivated. I stick to my diet well but, if my schedule is thrown off even a bit, I always make excuses not to work out. If anyone out there needs some motivation too, let me know!!

You sound just like me. When I'm good I'm vv good but when I'm bad I'm awful and just go totally off the scale. It's be great to share some motivation.

WHY NOT A GROUP BUDDY? Check out the group I created: What do you have to lose? 1-2lb/wk...it's pretty much a lifestyle change and NOT dieting..

Ambition - what is the group you created? I'm still getting familiar with the website (I started this with the Iphone application).

Thanks for all of the support guys!

Im hanging in there but have read about someone losing 77lb in 3 months. I just wonder how that was done. Mine looks miserable compared to that.
