Does anyone know of an easy way to print out daily intake? I'd like to do some tracking of sodium related to weight, and my WW points as well.

I've been trying to figure that out as well, so if anyone knows it would be great.

I don't see a way to do this from within FatSecret but it is easy to copy it to a Word Document and print from there. I opened a Word document, switched to Fat Secret, highlighted the top part of my food diary where are my stats are - date, points, calories, etc. Press Ctrl+C (copy), switch over to my document and paste (Ctrl+V). You can save your document and keep pasting new data to it and print whenever you want.

EDIT: Hey - I figured it out. Go to "Enter Food". You'll see a "Print" option. One of your choices is to export a whole month of data. You can do it as a CSV (Excel).

So - yippee skippee.

Intrestingly enough you can export up to a month of data via the fatsecret application I have on my Android phone.

Hit that print button, and choose the Excel option. If you select the "daily summary" option you will get the information for each day, without the detail of every food you ate. I am trying to watch saturated fats, which does not show up on the calendar, but is there on the daily summary. In excel I have a column that calculates % fat and % saturated fat and I can see the % right away.

BTW, your android app will automatically sync with your account here. Add something here, its in the app, and the reverse. Makes recording food much easier, since you don't have to be at the computer, and you will miss less items.

AnnDC1: Are you talking about syncing your android FatSecret data to FatSecret online? If so all you need to do on the homepage of the app is click "Sync". If you haven't done so before enter your FatSecret login details, then whenever you add new info just click "Sync" and it will do so Smile Make sure you are connected to the internet when you do this (either 3g or wifi).
