Try chewing gum during the day. I've started with EXTRA! it's also an approved gum of Biggest Loser! ... it helps you not have the hunger!! It works for me!

Chewing gum not only keeps your breath fresh, but it kept my mind off food for hours.

The only thing about chewing gum is that it causes your digestive system to start up because your body thinks you're eating and it can actually cause you to feel hungrier faster which in turn can cause you to eat more leading to weight gain.

Watch chewing gum has Aspartame in it...sweet poison.
I have suspected MS and was told by neurologist to stop all products with Aspartame in most sugar free diet soda, diet yogurts, sweetener etc...
