Hi! I'm Justin. I'm 18 and have only recently been more active. I've been trying to stick to one since the year started, and decided TODAY is the day that I'm going to start sticking with it. I walked/jogged four miles today and did weight training when I got home, and have been eating very low fat and mostly raw veggies/fruits. Does anyone have some other tips for me losing weight?

I'm looking to lose 10-15 lbs. If i could become more toned muscularly, I would love that as well!

Well to build muscle, you have to make sure you get enough calories. If you eat too little, you will lose muscle as well as fat, which would make you thinner but not more toned and also wouldn't be very healthy. Specifically you need protein (meat, fish, eggs, dairy, beans, tofu, etc) to build muscle. So be careful not to eat too little. It can be counterproductive.

You're young, so you have that on your side Smile The older you get the harder it gets to get in shape. You can get a lot of weight training ideas at bodybuilding.com. Not that you'd want to be a bodybuilder or anything, but they have a lot of videos about how to do different weight training.
