Does anyone know a great low calorie, low fat desert or treat that is organic or isn't loaded with chemicals? Thanks

I've been making this and it's wonderful....1 container of Free Cool Whip, 1 can Mandarian Oranges drained, 1 package of fat free, sugar free white chocolate pudding or vanilla pudding mix, 3/4 can of the big can of crushed pineapple (not drained) and 1 regular size low fat vanilla yogurt. Just mix all together and refrigerate for a couple of hours before eating. Only 100 calories per 1 cup serving and will last about 2 days in fridge. Taste really good and very sweet to me. Don't think it's organic and not sure about all the chemicals...but I have a terrible sweet tooth and this has really been helping me.
Love ya,

Try frozen organic grapes. like 65 calories/cup and they taste great frozen & really sweat.

Fat free pudding or yogurt

Dark Chocolate as mentioned is good.

There's a number of desert/granola type bars that are low calorie, and can be good as a desert.

I like to make cake, cut it into individual pieces, and stick it in the freezer. You could also do cupcakes. Here's a recipe I like for Chocolate Pumpkin Cake, it has 180 calories a serving but I know there are recipes out there with less:

I don't know where you are, but if you have a Trader Joe's near you they sell Zen Bakery muffins that are yummy. They are pretty big and 1/2 a muffin has about 110 calories. They aren't organic, but are vegan if that matters.

I just posted in my journal about homemade popsicles that have 0 calories. There are a ton of flavors to choose from and you can eat as many as you want until the sweet tooth goes away. You can read my journal entry for details.
