exercise and food control

As weight has been going in the wrong direction and as last night I ate fish and chips, it is time to reel things in and start to improve diet and amount of exercise.

Hopefully better habits over the weekend and better results by Monday. I wish you all a good weekend.

Nothing wrong with fish and chips now and then. Remember that it's how your choices average out over weeks, months, years that determine your health; a day is nothing, only habits matter.
