What sort of exercise is trail blazing??

I'm new to this community, so I'll need a pass if this is a silly question... I was trying to log my exercise and can't find anything close to it, so for now I'm listing it as 'endurance sport'... I've been doing two roughly 1hr sessions daily, one walking 3-4 miles and the second cutting in more trails to walk on... it's mainly through thick underbrush in the woods... So I'm walking very slow, but I'm also swinging a machete almost every step, normally 2-4 times per step (sometimes only once, sometimes 12-15)... it's elevating my heart and breathing rate and I'm sweating as much if not more than walking, so I'm claiming it as exercise time... Anyway, just curious if anyone has any thoughts or ideas...

I am reminded that I saw anti chaffing cream in Chem Warehouse probably last year. Might be worth a try. Otherwise baby powder with cornstarch, or straight corn starch.

Strength exercises
Today I did some strength exercises. I do them every other day. Especially for my right arm since I have tendonitis.
