Hi everyone, a worn out dieter here, retired, and not very healthy at all. Yes I eat good food, but not to lose weight. So here I am honestly calculating a 1500 a day max diet. Being very honest and weighing everything, no guesses. Wish me luck Very Happy

Try to approach a different diet method. If you are a meat lover, go for a Keto Diet. If you love vegetables, go for a vegetarian diet. Try to experiment until you find what best suits you.

I have stopped dieting, the word dieting makes getting heathly feel like I am adding to much pressure on myself. I do eat well but I have thing to change. So instead of changing them all at once I am going to change 1 or 2 things a month. I started walking again so this month everyday I am going to get my 10,000 steps and I am adding a health snack to my work lunch so I am not starving when I get home. I like to log everything, I will log these to changes in a journal. Next month I will remove another bad habit and add my workouts back into my life, continue to do my steps and health snack in my work lunch
