hi, im new to this. im 64 a widow and in trouble. 2 years ago i was told my kidneys were failing. shortly i ended up on dialysis. since then ive put on 80 pounds, my weight is now at 270. i cant stop eatting the foods i shouldnt and im holding so much fluid. i need any help or advice i can get. i have a surprise grandson and he is the joy of my life, he just turned 1 and i want to be here for him. i guess this is all i have to say for now

I am 67 and due to medicine side effects and pain decreasing my activity Over about 4 years I had a weight increase of 65+. During that time I had also changed my food habits in a negative way.

My goal in March was 12 weeks and focusing on losing 10%, what the knee surgeon recommended before he could even consider doing a knee replacement. I am steadily losing and the bone on bone pain in my knee is so much more tolerable. I hope you will stay focused on your goal...it is such a good reason!
