Day 6 on liquid diet, going for 14 days if I succeed. Few Centimeters falling away. I am so glad I made this decision...Tomorrow is weigh-in day. I haven't weighed in a long time.

I am a retired advanced practice nurse, and have been STRESS EATING and gained some weight. I am currently on a THICKENED LIQUID DIET due to the fact that I have been aspirating food, and I have a swallowing study scheduled for next month but I do not want to get food stuffs into my lungs. I recently had a house fire that put a LOT OF SMOKE into my lungs and so am having problems breathing anyway. I also have a VERY dry mouth due to a medical condition so there is not enough spit in my mouth to moisten food or to have mucus in my esophogus so am doing a work around. But believe me PUREED CHILI AND CRACKERS SUCKS! I hope I can go back to eating REAL food without the hazard of choking to death! LOL

Actually, this thing is rather controversy. My one friend tried it just to experiment with it. They called it the velocity diet or something like that. He did end up cutting up pretty good, but not any faster or more efficiently than any of the other times he cut with food.

On the other hand, I hear that if you are NOT eating the right foods, you are going to go back to where you started or even worse. Not to say that you won't get enough fibres from this (source: https://juicersblenders.org/). Not enough fiber for sufficient digestion movements within your body. For your general health, smoothies are much more healthier than juices.

i dont take much stock in it but the 1090 is subtracted from the 1796but the net isnt right it should be 706 so now im confused to. Its suppose to be your excersize minus your calorie intake i believe ...

Restaurant food
Are you currently monitoring your cabs intake, is that what you mean? Its hard to count carbs if you are eating in a restaurant since you don't know all the ingredients in the food.
