I am 90 pounds and i need to gain 20 pounds .any suggestions ,how I can achive this ?

In the setting, choose weight gain and stick to the recommended intake. Reassess in a 2-3 weeks, if you gained keep it up, if you remained the same raise calories by 2-300.
Consume whatever foods you prefer, whenever you prefer to consume them, while ensuring nutrient sufficiency and meeting caloric goals.

It is so confusing on how to add pounds. I would like to know if someone was able to do it using fat secret. I don't even know where to begin. good luck to all of us.

Calorie-dense 'clean' food additions can be easily added to your diet. But first, do you know why you are underweight if you are indeed below a healthy weight? Have you sought some good medical insight on if--any why--you're underweight? A good nutritionist consult might be very helpful. To find suggestions of what to eat, do an internet search-string of "calorie dense foods" or "calorie density of foods" and for gaining or losing weight, you'll get a good idea of what foods to focus on.
