I just read something very interesting about how colors effect our appetites... and It said to prepare your food on a BLUE bowl or plate, or use a natural blue food coloring on your food and it will suppress your appetite immensely! Who wants to try it with me?!! hahaLaughing

Really? I'll try it but now I have to search for a blue bowl. All I have are white bowls. If it works, im so thanking you.

i got our 4 year old plastic plates and bowls from wal-mart for like 88 cents a piece so i like to use those.. hes got them in blue and green and they're salad plate size so perfect for controlling those poritions too.

I think adding blue food coloring to my food would surpress my appetite Wink I have red, green, blue and tan dishes...maybe I'll stick with using the blue ones.

it is totaly true! it doesnt necessarily have to be blue though, i decided to make green rice once and just one bite and it just didnt seem to taste the same even though it was made the exact same way the night before just with food coloring, noone in our family finished it and it stayed in the refrigerator for weeks... it was just well yuck!
