Hi, everyone, my journey started in Fed of '19, to date I went from 303 lbs to 255 lbs but now I have hit a wall, weight loss stop, so I have increased my walking, exercising, and weight lifting, with-in reason, very bad back had a total of 5 operations on lower back and 1 on my neck, didn't come out very well.
I am retired from the military, Capt, 25 years and 20 years with Law Enforcement, now I'm disabled to a degree where it's hard to walk, stand or sit for long periods.
But it will not me from achieving my goal of weight loss. Wish everyone luck in their journeys.

Are you able to swim? It's much lighter on your joints and can even help with rehabilitation after your operations, you can do it at your own pace.

Good luck!

Hello! also- what is going on with the RDI?
You can double check with another site and see. Better to leave exercise out when you do these calculations.
