Sashimi - no fillers just yummy fish Very Happy
and I love spicy tuna rolls and spicy salmon too

california rolls often have mayonnaise so make sure to check,
stay away from Tempura (and items that contain tempura like Dynamite Rolls)

miso soup is great low in cals. edamame is AWESOME and is very good in fiber and protien. sashimi is the best but if you cant do that anything w/o sauce... ie.spicy tuna rolls has a mayo sauce etc. california rolls are good in moderation for the good source of fat as long as they dont put sauce on it. Ask questions... find out what is in it. Make sure drink lots of water all these items contains a good amount of sodium, also use lite soy sauce if needed.
