Good morning! Not sure how to exactly respond to someone but it's nice to hear from another gal in my age bracket. I've just gotten back from Prague, Vienna and Budapest celebrating my 40th wedding anniversary. I think I only gained a lb and that was probably from when I got back. I have since been on IF and am having a hard time getting back on track. I'm also not walking up to 7 miles a day as I did in Europe. I wonder if anyone can give me some encouragement. I have my granddaughter's birthday party, a graduation party and Father's Day this weekend. Next weekend is a Sprinkle for my daughter. I'm wondering if I should just wait or what to do. Thank you!

there is no waiting or special days , parties etc etc they shouldn't matter if you are living a healthy lifestyle you just account for different things and build them in

I think the body does that a lot. Great that you hung in there and was patient. Some people go crazy and do weird things or just give up. But believing in your diet is the main thing

what are the best calorie foods you personally find?
Exercising would be best for muscle mass combined with eating protein rich food. What every you like to eat, I suppose
