I spent an hour this morning on the Wii fit and came to log it on here and realised I have no idea how many calories you use. It would be great if I could meet someone else who is using the Wii fit as an aid to weight loss and fitness.

It depends on the exercise you did and for how long - you can go to website of self.com in the "Calculators & Programs" link and get an idea of how much you've burned doing what but you need to know how long you did it for (i.e. 10 minutes yoga; 5 minutes running in place, etc.)- remember, it will only be an estimate, not actual result.

I say you can just judge by how hard the cardio is, and how long you did it... if you only do three minutes of the hula hooping for example, you can look up how many calories that usually burns. I'm kind of glad it doesn't count those, because people are so different it wouldn't be accurate anyway.

I need help with a problem
I am reminded that I saw anti chaffing cream in Chem Warehouse probably last year. Might be worth a try. Otherwise baby powder with cornstarch, or straight corn starch.
