i see everyones doing soooooooooo well!!! on the other hand i gave up for a while...and gained a bunch of weight!! so i'm going to start again from today and i'm hoping to leave the 200 by march for good! on another note i'm looking at all my buddies and all of you look amazing i guess i need to look at you and get motivated...again!! keep up the good work!! xoxo

Good luck on your weight loss. I lost and gained back all of my weight plus more so I know how sucky it can feel. If you need any motivation/support I will be here to help. Otherwise, good luck on reaching your goal, I know you can do it!

It was hard for me to make it a lifestyle change, that means for life. I would fall of and gain and get on and lose. I even lost 81 pounds at one time and gained almost all of it back. But this go around I am making it for life and no more playing with it. So really it is a mind set. WW is not a diet, it is for life. I do hope you come here for encouragment often and am pulling for you to succeed this time!!!

Sharing food log with Followers
You can change the settings to be public. Or settings to be shared only with followers and then if she follows you she will see it on the webpage but not on the app.
