What kind of butter is best? I usually use country crock but I don't know how healthy it is. Of course I also know it's not always WHAT you have but how much you use. Any suggestions?

I love butter, but I can tolerate i-cant-believe-its-not-butter LIGHT, which is 2 points per tablespoon.

Hi Jenny =) The butter I love and use is Brummel & Brown. It's a yogurt butter...and I was definitely hesitant to try it at first....BUT...when I did, I was so glad because it tastes great!! AND...its only 1 point per Tablespoon.

Organic real butter has less saturated fat, more fat-soluble vitamins and more healthy omega-fatty acids than regular butter. If you watch your quantity, there are health benefits. Look for organic butter that is darker in color, dark yellow to orange, because it has the most vitamins.

Parkay spray (not Squeeze) is zero fat and zero calories. So that makes it no points.
