I would like to change my diet from Weight Watchers to one of my own. I've quit going to Weight Watchers only because my leader passed away and they have not been able to replace her. So....I devised my own diet and I've lost 13 lbs. so far!!!! I don't know how to change my diet though. Can someone please tell me. Thank You

Go to your "my fatsecret" page and in "my toolbox" box click on "change my diet". Once there find the new diet you are following in the fatsecret diets directory or enter your own personalized diet. You will then be prompted to confirm the diet that you have chosen as well as your goals and starting and finishing dates.

Ok it's not called "change my diet" anymore - It's now "My Diet" and under that you'll find where to change your diet!

Can you change the NAME of the diet, or does it have to be "[Name]'s Own Diet?"
