I know that everyones worst enemy is that bulge that peeks out over your jean! I am going away in a month and really want to slim my belly because I am going to the beach. Does anyone have any ideas or tips on how to quickly firm up(other then sit ups) or what to eat or any vitamins to take? THanks for the help!!!!

break a sweat before breakfast jumping jacks dancing however you want you will burn stored fat then eat a good breakfast daily It will get your metab moving faster!!

-drink lots of water
-eat lean protin every meal (lean beef chicken turkey fish nuts seeds whey protien powder)
-eat good carbs
-avoid processed foods
-eat healthy fats (nuts seeds olive oil fish etc.)
-never let your self get hungry eat evry 2-3 hours

I was told there is no special exercise to spot reduce fat. You can work an area all you want and that will tone the muscle and the exertion will burn fat but not necessarily from the spots you want. Confused

Do you have an exercise ball? If so, there are three exercises that my husband and I do that have firmed our abs, but now we need to get the fat out of the way to notice.

I would love it if someone could come up with a method or pill of toning one part, but the truth is, that it all comes off evenly and there's nothing to do about it. I was actually, lol, thinking of this the other day and decided that I was glad that it all comes off evenly. I am right handed and I know that the right side of my body does more work than the left. How funny would I look, then, if I had lost 75% of my weight from only the right side and the other 25% from the left! Use this trip to the beach then, as a motivator to keep you going on your weight loss journey and remind yourself that next year at the beach you are going to have EVERY body part look the way you want it to. What helped me to go from 36 to 32 in the waist was to eat healthy, use portion control, and exercise at least 5 days a week. The body is one unit, so in my opinion you shouldn't try to focus on just one area. Exercise your body as a whole and I think you'll get better results. The tummy, back, love handles, chest & thighs all work together when we do movements like sitting, walking, reaching, lifting, bending, twisting, etc. So do exercises that focuses on that whole area at the same time. Cardio plays a huge part in burning fat also so try to get some good cardio workouts in at least 3 to 4 times a week. Good luck!

Fat goes on in layers all over your body and comes off in layers just like a paint of coat. Some areas of your body have a thicker coat then others. You cannot spot reduce.
A good plan, violently executed now, is better than a perfect plan next week.

maybe make some batches of higher protein, low cal snacks like, herby sausages, or egg & bacon muffins, then you can keep in the fridge and chuck with a salad at lunch time or in the evening maybe ...
