I am looking for ideas for healthy side dishes for dinner. Any suggestions?

Veggies are awesome. But change the way you eat them so they don't get boring. Carrots and broccolie tonight... mushrooms and asparagus tomorrow?

are your getting enough carbs too? Maybe try some sweet potatoes or brown rice. Uncle Ben's has those pouches that only take 90 seconds in the microwave, and their brown & wild rice is really good!

always remember veggies, but dont forget carbs, especially if esercising

I have been roasting veggies (a little olive oil, salt & pepper 425 degrees for about 25 min) cauliflower is very good.

Milk has a lot of lactose... So that does it. You can lower calories by choosing lower fats. a cup of skim will have about 60 fewer calories than a cup of whole milk
