Busy mom needs a buddy!

I'm a 35 year-old work-at-home mom of two young boys trying to lose 25 lbs. by the simplest of all formulas: eating less and exercising more. But, as you all know, that's easier said than done--especially when it's so hard to fit in the time to work out. I'd love a buddy in a similar situation to share tips and encouragement with. Hi How are you! I am looking for a buddy too. I am a full time mom of 3 boys plus work full time...boy I wish I could work from home Confused I am will be starting the South Beach Diet on Monday January 7th...If you are interested in being buddies just Holler Laughing

I am also doing my own thing. Just watching what I eat and exercising. Seems to be working and not somthing I will be changing. So hopefully I will not gain it back God willing. I would be glad to be your buddie and help you with encouragment. Good luck

I'm a stay at home mommy also, doing her own thing. Trying to stay away from WHITE and exercise hee! hee!
I would love to buddy up with someone!!!
I started on the 7th. I don't want to weigh in until next Monday, but soooo hard.
Everyone has been so nice, giving me really good recipes!!!
I would love to share more!

Hi, I work from home too with two kids aged 8 and 10. 2 years ago, I lost 40 pounds on weight watchers. Kept it off until just a few months ago, when I fell off the wagon. I just can't seem to get motivated. It's a contstant struggle to get back. I've gained about 20 pounds over the last few months. I really need a buddy!! I"m new at this. I'm 5'2" and currently weigh 115. I want to get back down to 100. Good luck

Teacher and Busy Mom Needs Help

I am a full time second grade teacher, and mother of a son (age 4) and daughter (ageCool. I multi-task daily. I eat a light breakfast daily, a lean lunch (cuisine, weight watcher) and a small portion size dinner. Snacks include fruits, bars and 100 calorie snacks. I exercise three days a week (walking exercise tape), and this week, for five days I will incorporate a kickboxing dance tape. I drink water and fruit 2 O, with crystal light. Instead of losing weight I gained a pound. I want to lose thirty pounds by June. Help, please.Very Happy Very Happy

Hi I would love a buddy! I am a mom of 2 my daughter is 9 and my son is 6. We own a store so between work and the kids it can be hard to find me time! The biggest thing I need to work on is excercise I am the queen of excuses. I am doing good with my water and doing alot better with my eating and it is time to add in the excercise. I do not go to a gym as I do not drive and by the time I walked to the gym I think that would be my work out lol. My son starts school Monday so that will force me to walk 2 miles a day! I also just got the wii fit and I have a few work out videos I would like to start doing. I have good intentions I just don't always follow thru with them!

hi shellymn, wii fits are ace,we just got one & now its really fun to exercise. i even bought a new sports bra just so i could make a feeble attempt at the running & actually surprised myself. normal exercise can be soooo boring,and i can give up easily too..am a bit of a sloth if truth be out.once you get going though it can really become addictive you just have to do it..no excuses as the only person your really kidding is yourself.
