I made a big, big mistake. I decided not to stay on WW Program on Thanksgiving Day-- which was not bad BUT the next day it was leftovers and after that I just did not stay on program. I CANNOT go off of program for one day because then I go back to "I'll start tomorrow". I was supposed to weigh in yesterday but I cannot bear to see what I have gained. I will weigh in next Friday and I hope to get back on program. I really am disappointed in myself.Sad Crying or Very sad Embarassed Embarassed Embarassed Mad Mad

I had the same problem, I told myself it would only be for one day, but one day turned into 2, 3, and finally after a whole week I noticed my pants were tighter! I really hate falling off the wagon. But every time I do is a learning experience. Next time I will really think twice before going whole hog.

One day would not have made a difference since I was totally on program-- BUT I lost control and it went to 2 , then 3, etc. I'm so mad at myself.

You should be proud that you have stuck to the program thus far. You had a set back, but you want to continue. I think that's the key...not "getting back on..." but "continuing" you're not starting over!

I stopped WW in 2005 even though it was working. My friend stayed on and he's lost (and maintained) 70 pounds! He looks like a totally different person. So, now I'm inspired to see what I look like without my extra 70lbs...I mean if I'm this cute now Rolling Eyes

Have faith in yourself!

I just noticed the date of your post...so, how was the weigh-in?

I don't believe there are any community moderators, if that's what you mean. Just raise an issue via the contact form, they usually get back in a reasonable time.
