does anyone have any suggestions on losing at least 50 lbs in 5 months! like diets, exercises, anything will help!!! thank you <3

That is a lot of weight to lose in a short time. You may end up with other problems. Do it slow and steady by limiting calories (carbs in particular), and do at least 30 mins exercise a day.

10 lbs/month is about the quickest you will want to go and it can't reasonably be done, in my experience, without adjusting diet. It is super difficult to try and only workout to a lower weight.

Keto (Atkins, LCHF, whatever you wish to call it) obviously works, but I've found that it is too restrictive. Whenever I need/want to lose weight, I always return to keeping food and activity logs (FS is as good or better than any I've found) and Calories In < Calories Out (CICO) work the best for me. I use a Fitbit for my activity.

Peppermint tea. 6 cups a day, and keep your calories low. I swear, it sounds too simple, but it works.

I got stuck and turned to junk back on track now but looking for simple foods
Get that blender out and make some protein shakes, protein puddings, easy salad dressing, fast soups.. Your work is almost done

I keep thinking that an eggwich, one slice of cheese, a banana and cappuccino is a light breakfast but it somehow comes out to 600 calories. That's okay, I do love my sweet creamy coffee in the mo ...
