Hi, Back again to Fat Secret. Several years ago I lost 30 pounds and it stayed off for over a year. However, it crept up over holidays and family visits and I am back again, this time with a goal of losing 20 pounds. Sounds pretty easy doesn't it? However, I have been fighting my weight since I was a teenager and it is hard. It is even more difficult now since I will be 78 years old in a couple of days. I have also lost some mobility and therefore can't exercise in a manner conducive to burning calories. I have to stay on a "count calories" diet at about 1000-1100 calories. I want to weigh 150 and get into my size 12P clothes. This is not unreasonable. My daughters laugh, saying why worry at my age. But I know that losing weight will affect my health and mobility as well as appearance. So here goes - again.
