Good Afternoon Everyone! I am on day two of the FatSmashDiet and wanted to introduct myself. I have to admit, the first day was really hard craving wise. My little one has a nice stash of Halloween candy and I picked a piece up several times but I never actually ate one. I am enjoying today much more though! I haven't had any cravings and am going to the gym for the second day in a row! I am really excited to be a part of your group. Wish me luck! Razz

What can I put in my coffee?

I stay pretty steady since being on maintenance for a number of years. I tend to track occasionally just as check up on myself.
