sauna suit

i was at walmart and bout one of the sauna suits...cost about $8.00...looks and smells like a big trash bag...lol..i put the top on it fits great..and for no longer then i had it on i was gettin warm in it...tried on the pants..i need to loose another 2 more sizes to fit in them comfy..so guess il try it tomow when i go for my morning walk...mabye this will help me sweat more then i normally do and get to my first goal....

When you lose "weight" with a sauna suit, you actually just lose water weight. As soon as you drink water you will gain it back. Sorry to disappoint.

There is also a danger of it causing overheating and dehydration.

i did some more reading last night about it on the internet and im takin it back to walmart and gettin a refund..what i read about the suit scares me enough that i dont need whatever it might bring by wearing it...i can sweat normally and not worry about heat exhaustion or anything worse...thanks for any and all input...
