I am going to try a less stressful approach to this.
I am way to hard on myself which caused me to drop out last time. Not losing fast enough.

Smile Don't get discouraged. It is better to loose the weight slowly, this way you will keep it off. Afterall this weight has been around for a long time, so it will not come off overnight. It will come off, just keep on eating healthy.

I am half a person overweight and I am just trying to take on a life style change to become healthy and live healthy. If I am eating better and more important moving more(exercising) and just increase those efforts bit by bit and the scales are on a downward direction however slow then my life is improving. I am 47. I have got another 40-50 years of living to do. It doesn't have to all happen by next weekend. Set achievable goals. I've got 100lbs to loose. Its so much easier just to worry about the first 10. How do you at an elephant - one bite at a time.
