Hello, seeking anyone who wants to group in the 100 pound club. I started February 1, with a 100 lb goal. I work best when challenged and stay on track when I can network trouble spots. anyone? I have just reached my first goal of 10 lbs only 90 more to go....

I will buddy up with you, I still have 96 lbs to go. I used to could lose weight so easy but would gain it back plus more, now I can't even lose it. I will have to say though that 2017 was the first year I did not gain a lb thru the thanksgiving/christmas season. I have always gained anywhere between 10-15 lbs every year during this time but not a single lb last year so I am thrilled about that

Hey can I join with you guys. I started low "carbing" at the beginning of Feb and have to lose 100+ lbs. Would love to work with you guys and exchange weekly "percentage lost stats - like on big loser". I have my first number. Barb

Hi, well today I need a buddy, like I get started doing my light aerobics and then yesterday my foot hurt so bad I could not take it! so today I went to the drs and they told me to elevate foot for a week and take antibiotics, (do not even know what I stepped on to get such a bad infection but the good news is I am still watching my calories and will just have to adjust down while I am chair ridden... Hope this works out we will see on my next weigh in tomorrow am?

I would like to go on this journey with you. I started in December and I am down 17#. I set my goal at 125# to lose. My doctor set it at 150# to lose. We will see. I feel bad about 17# in 3 months, but better than gaining. I bought measuring cups, spoons and a scale. I am waiting for food processer to arrive. I always have fallen off the wagon and regained. I need to be successful. My health and my life depends on it. Going to go very low carb, reduce fat. Thank you.

Weight Gain?
Maybe switch it up a bit. There are different things to do. Have a off keto day, Eat high calories, and then later do some fasting.

What can I put in my coffee?
I'm trying to keep my sugars down, but love flavored coffee creamers. Any creative ideas for low-sugar things I can put in my coffee to sweeten it up?

stopped tracking years ago...........it doesnt have to be forever
I stay pretty steady since being on maintenance for a number of years. I tend to track occasionally just as check up on myself.

New Study suggests a metabolic advantage for low carb diet
Ah, you deleted that comment. Anyway, I never claimed it was simple. I've struggled for 18 years with it. I think I finally have it down. :)
