I have the hoosier hill brand which I believe only contains pure powdered peanuts. That enables you to add sweetener if you want. I don't use it frequently but I think I will start using it more. It can be helpful in calorie reduction because it is only 50 calories per tablespoon. It's good in smoothies or added into yogurt. And you can reconstitute it with water to use in recipes just like regular peanut butter but without so many calories and less fat.

I have some - I don't use it as much as I thought that I would. It's definitely not as yummy as an "all-natural" no sugar peanut butter. Maybe if I baked more?
