FYI to you all - I cut down (WAAAYY downConfused ) on diet soda this week. I went from 4 or more a day to 1 or sometimes, none a day. The lack of caffeine the forst 2-3 days made me a slug. But after that I was ok. I did moderate to poorly on following my WW plan and yet still lost over 2 lbs this week. So for anyone who is a mega diet soda drinker (like I am...was, ...whatever!), you may want to consider cutting back or cutting it all out and see if it helps. I also have noticed I sleep better and my stomach has gotten a little flatter since cutting down. Please let me know if you try this, I'd like to know if it works for anyone else! Good luck! Smile

I did the same thing a couple of weeks ago, the other day I finally trusted myself to have one.
I'm not sure yet if it's affected my weight loss, (I'll know tonight, though!), but I know I have waaay more energy, and just feel better all around. Because I'm not drinking so much soda, I drink a lot more water, so my head has been feeling much better than it used to.

Smile It happened to me the same, I cut down on soda and drink more water (1,5 liters per day) and my stomach feels more light, and I started to reduce; there´s no matter if it's diet or regular, sodas don't help to lose weight.

I've cut back drastically...I'll have none or maybe one a day. I haven't noticed a difference yet, but maybe that's because I've been a piglet otherwise. Hmmmm.....

i dont take much stock in it but the 1090 is subtracted from the 1796but the net isnt right it should be 706 so now im confused to. Its suppose to be your excersize minus your calorie intake i believe ...
