High Fat Low Carb Way of Eating

First I want to say I wish everyone a very Happy New Year! I've been eating this way since March 10 of 2016. Before I started I studied it on the internet. I read all I could about it and got on Youtube to see testimonial of people who have done this WOL. I didn't just jump in not knowing what I was doing. I prepped m. y kitchen by getting everything out that I didn't need. I have to admit stopping the sugar was very hard. Starchy veggies and bread was a huge task to over come. Once they were out of my life I can truthfully say I am good. Now this took time. I was on a mission. I wanted this so bad. I don't eat out much, but when I do I manage very well. I prep my own food. I keep a lot of things I can grab if I get hungry or crave something. I can have sweet things, but I don't use real sugar. I use real cream in my coffee. I am not hungry in between my meals very often. I listen to my body to know when I am truly hungry. 54 lbs loss so far.

Congratulations Keto! You are on your way to lose unneeded waight efortlessly once you forgo sugars and grains. 90% calories from fat,20% from protein and 10% from carbs that is your recepe for the permanent health.
If you eat like that you are on an automatic pilot to achieve and mantain you natural healthy weight. No calories counting needed for you at all.

No sugar, no flour, meals and quantity.
to mickh: you must add an avacado in your diet for some good fat. I noticed your symbol for your picture is an avacado, HINT.

I struggled to lose my excess body-fat for about 15 years.
Interesting, although I lost well over 100 lbs on 1200 cal (starvation) diet.

HCG Diet
I started my HCG diet 6/28/2018 as of today lost 8.25 Happy Status:) 2 weeks to go reach my goal.
