As I'm new I keep putting random comments in random places, I haven't quite worked out where to post comments yet. So I apologise if I've done that to anybody. I think I'm learning.....Razz

You'll catch on soon enough. There's an "updates from everyone" page which is where your first weigh-in appeared as will your subsequent ones if you have your settings that way. You'll spot other people's weigh-ins and journals there too.

The best bit of advice I can give you is (which you're free to ignore, but most others would say the same) -

When you're logging food, make sure you're as honest as possible and weigh everything you can, don't guess. What you think is 50ml of milk might easily be 100ml and 1tbsp of olive oil might be 2tbsp - a whole 120Cal more for not a lot more volume. It's easy to think you don't need to log those two chocolate biscuits someone gave you at work, but at the end of the week, a couple of biscuits a day can be the difference between losing 1lb or not and those lbs mount up, believe me.

Most importantly, read around the journals of people who are experiencing success and see if there's anything they're doing that would suit your lifestyle and give it a go. Feel free to ask questions. We may not know all the answers but it's generally a lively discussion!Laughing

Take care and good luck, Chief Bear Smile
