Does anyone know how to create a custom diet? I can't seem to find it anywhere.

On the website.
choose my FatSecret tab
choose my diet
choose "Find your diet in the FatSecret diets directory"
find "Can't find the diet you are following?"
choose "Please click here "

Hmm.. so that sucks. I wish you could input foods you want to eat / meals / stages (i.e. cut and bulk) etc etc. apparently not.

You can - there is a place to add 3 different types of custom counters:
1 - My favorite meals,
2 - My cook book, and also
3 - Custom foods where you can load in the protein, carb, etc. ratios.

You get to these on the Food log page.

You can easily add your usual menu items to the list and they will pop up each day...and I often add items to the food list if they are not in the database. abbadabba is correct. It is easy to do!
If it is important to you, you will find a way. If not, you will find an excuse.

Awesome!! The favorite meals is the one I needed. I forgot all about that. Can you link it to the diet itself?
