I mad it to my goal weight. I am a 6 ft male and started my journey at 310 pounds. This morning I stepped on the scale and it read 175 pounds. I've gone from a size 46 waist to a size 32 and a triple xl to a medium shirt. All of the determination paid off and it feels good to not a be fat!

Thank you. I'll give you a small bit of advice if you don't mind accepting it. There will be times when you don't feel like you are progressing. I'd spend a few weeks at say 190 and get discouraged because my weight was the same but I continued the work mostly because I didn't want to undo the work I had done. My body would lose weight in steps and then stay for awhile and then lose in steps again. So my advice is stick to it no matter what and the results will be there for you. Good luck on your journey, it is well worth the investment.

Great job Hyperion, congratulations, well done!! Also, I hope you took monthly progress pictures....always cool to see the positive changes month by month.

Also agree on the progress being step wise...perseverance and determination are qualities needed along the journey.

Well done Hyperion! I agree, sticking with it is the best one can do. I started from a similar size and reached my goal some time back, and I can bet you feel great about it.

Now go do some stuff to enjoy with that body you couldn't do before!

GREAT JOB!!! Yeah, it would naturally take some time to lose 135 lbs - be proud for sticking with it for so long!

Wow! Great job Hyperion. When I decided to start the diet I weighed 92 kilos. AFter two weeks of diet, I weighed less 5 kilos. But when I started exercise with diet, no development at all. its almost 2 weeks now and still my weight is glued to 87 kilos. I am thinking of giving up exercise and just focus on diet alone. I am so confused now. Please help!

@RiaDali, Weight loss is 80% diet, 20% exercise. But don't give up on exercise, because it tones the muscles and increases oxygen and blood flow. The extra weight didn't come on in just a few weeks, and it won't go away in just a few, either. Be patient, stay on your program, and it will happen.

@mskestrela. Thank you! my problem, is i easily give up if i see no immediate results, which is a big mistake. I lost weight and rewqard myself with food and then gain again. I tried taking some diet pills. Have you tried diet pills?

Hi, never take diet pills, instead eat proteins and fiber. It will suppress your hunger and helps in building muscles.

Dieting.
What I need to do is to find out where they're keeping some menus of what works for people. If you have any ideas, let me know!
