Hey friends! I currently wear a Samsung Gear Fit, which, unfortunately, doesn't sync well with anything. Is there a tracker that you like that syncs with FS?

In a perfect world, all the food I eat and exercise I do would track itself! But our world is far from perfect. Any thoughts? What do you use to track your steps/exercise?

Thanks!

I'm debating on buying a FitBit Charge HR or a Jawbone Up3. I wish there was a tracker which would feed the activity to my FatSecret.

I agree!

Fitbits are JUNK. I do product claims and my calls are mostly Fitbits and Beats headphones.

Overpriced junk....

Hello!

Google Fit might be a workaround.

FatSecret, Withings, Strava, Runkeeper (which supports various fitness trackers) can all connect to Google Fit. Hence, you can have a single dashboard in Google Fit.

My setup in Google Fit has Garmin running watch (via Strava), JawBone UP3 (replacing with Withings Steel HR soon), Withings wifi scale and FatSecret.

I am using a Fitbit Charge HR which I bought a couple of years ago, and a set of Aria scales - these sync to the Fitbit dashboard, and I record my food eaten on Myfitnesspal. My calorie intake is shown on the Fitbit dashboard no problem as Myfitnesspal syncs with Fitbit too. I try to keep in touch with Fatsecret - the buddie support and journal entries are a great help to a yo-yo dieter like me.

Hi. If you do have a Fitbit, there is a free app called Fitmess.us that syncs effortlessly with FatSecret. I use it with a lot of success.

how does this work?
I think that is what most people do. Use the food journal (looks like a plate on the web version) and document everything. And also document workouts. It helps with sticking to the plan and keeping ...

Help......cravings...
Weird, I keep seeing people say keto takes away their cravings yet so many yo-yo, quit altogether and leave the site, or have a weekly binge. Wonder why.
