Hi yáll
Rolling Eyes
Well, after my first week I've learnt that my state of mind, and what I tell myself will determine my success. I had a fall off the wagon this week, and nearly let it derail me. But I managed to stop beating myself up, and get back into a more positive, affirming headspace. I still managed to lose a kilo this week. That would never have happened if I had let myself stay negative. So although I wanted to lose more, my first lesson on this journey has been duly noted! Laughing Good luck this week yáll, keep yaz postedVery Happy
