Am about to go grocery shopping for myself. I want to lose 2 lbs this week. Taking it one week at a time. I need a good grocery list to help me make good healthy meals. I have no idea what to buy.
And am on a budget.

I would stick to fresh vegetables and lean protein. Kale and spinach is inexpensive as is chicken (remove the skin) and tuna in water. Just stay away from processed food and you should be fine. Best of luck to you.

Thanks alot. How about fruits. If you were to chose from 6 fruits for weight control, what would they be?

banana (potassium), tomato alternative for fat sauces (debatable if that is a fruit), apple (sauced, heated, juiced, you name it), cucumber (pickled or not)(again debatable) and granberries (stool)
