Water intake

as far as I know, there isn't. I think its because pure water does not have any calories. If you are wondering how much water to drink, I would reccommend at least 6 cups-8 cups (1.5-2 Liters) of water a day, but more is encouraged. I drink a half gallon (4 pints per meal, I eat 4 meals a day).

Thank you for the replies. I'm going to add it to snacks and update throughout the day. I just like to keep track as I'm drinking since I have a 20 oz bottle that I keep at work at fill throughout the day. If I don't keep track while I'm drinking it then I'll wonder is this the second or third time I'm filling this bottle? lol

Oh yes I definitely notice a difference. I used to drink 0-2 cups per day - usually 0 - and would only drink 2 cups of coffee a day and maybe some tea. I was very dehydrated. I've worked myself up to 8-10 cups a day now (sometimes 12) and I can tell a difference. I have more energy and my skin looks better. Also, I was having a problem with my nails before. They had all these little dents to where my nails looked like golf balls. My primary was stumped so he sent me to a dermatologist. She said usually that was a sign of 2 different auto-immune diseases. I didn't have either disease so she just shrugged her shoulders and said she didn't know what it could be causing that. Once I started drinking more water I noticed over time my nails were getting better. Now they're fine. So my nails were a result of dehydration and funny how neither doctor thought to ask if I was getting enough fluid on a daily basis.

Thanks for this as I couldn't find it either. I think it would be nice to have somewhere we could put it (even if there aren't calories). I know, personally, I try to drink 5 bottles a day (10.5 glasses) so having a way to at least mark it would be helpful to know if I reached my goal or not. I drink that almost (or close too it) daily, as the only other think I drink is 1% milk (just enough for my breakfast/dinner, whichever I'm having it with) but would be nice to be able to mark it.
