To be at the same weight for a week or a couple of weeks, while seemingly discouraging, is pretty standard every now and again. you just need to remain on your plan ... but examine the plan (diet, water, and exercise) and if it really isn't offering the change you want, change it up a bit - less/more carbs/fat/calories, more protein, maybe some cardio/weights ... something will shake it loose. Be committed to it. You will get it!

yes - if your goal is losing weight, remember, it didn't get put on in a week, or a month, or a year - it took some time - so it will take time to work it off. good luck. that prize is yours --- just continue the good habits.

It could also just be that all the weight you lost your body is "catching up" to the loss. You will eventually see that "woooosh" fairy come through and the number on your scale will show it.

and the closer to your goal weight the slower it gets ! Check what you're eating and your sodium level.. that can make a big difference and hormones, different times of he month can cause stalls too.

Eat healthy and weight loss is the best side effect!

What A Waste!
I guess I am not the average American, because I waste very little food, What I do throw away is not useable, mostly leftovers that have been in the fridge too long, or produce I forgot about.
