I agree with mummydee I was introduce to Pilates by my wife and I was very reluctant to try it out at first buts it’s very good for your core and lower ads and it’s a great complementary exercise I have been doing it 2 to 3 time a week for over a year now.

What kinds do you usually do?? Some of my favorites are with a medicine ball, stability ball, and some version of a plank. I have a stability and medicine ball at home so I can do the exercises even when I'm not at the gym! I got both of mine from beachbody and love em-
These are some of my favorite 'different' ab exercises that I do on a ball- The medicine ball is great for russian twists, crazy ivans, reverse crunches, and almost every crunch since it's just adding weight to make it a little more difficult.

I'd also check out Tone It Up's ab workouts...they always have fun kinds of exercises!

You can do select Pilates exercises that concentrate on abdominals.

You should try Leslie Sansone videos, or zumba. These are fun things that work the abdominals.

I tyically do leg raises, standard situps, crunches, and try to incorperate the abs into my chinups/pullups.
Forward is the only direction to go.
