so ive walked twice today and so far my legs dont feel near as bad as they did the last 2 days...only poroblem is im afraid im gonna lose all my weight from my lower half lmao...so im gonna try to do some serious cardio that works my whole body...something that actually gets my heart racing a little cause even the walking isnt doing that.

Lauren- "fat loss" is not really "area" specific - as in you cant determine where fat will come off from! If you are in deficit and combing some form of excersize and eating adequate protien you will lose "fat" as scale weight.
