Maybe you should consider finding a diet you can live with. Exercise alone will not help you lose weight. Particularly lose 100lbs or to weigh 100lbs in less then 3 months. I'm sure others will agree. Please find a doctor or a nutritionist that can help you.

Get a routine, set your alarm to an earlier wake-up time, shower at night, sleep in your sweats and get up ready to exercise. Don’t concentrate on the time if that’s your challenge just get an honest amount of exercise in until you build to at least a 30 minute routine. You have to find something you enjoy doing that is active. I enjoy jumping rope. Maybe trying a rebounder would be good or review some of those 10 minute exercise routines. Whatever you decide to do, don’t over do it and get discouraged. Pace yourself, stay motivated and if you hit a bump on the road get back-up and try again. Best wishes!

I started doing hip hop abs in the morning around 6am. Its a fun exercise and im only in week 2 and i already feel the difference. Also drink lots of water and moisturise your body from top to bottom 2 times a day. Do squats while you're moisturising to get added exercise in and eat less during meal times. Fizzy cooldrink is the devil and i banned it from my house.

Even though I love to workout before work I am not getting up any earlier than I do now, but that being said to me that is the best time to do it. Then it is done and you don't ahve to work it in later. There are many 24 hour gyms, or your own tapes you could to. I have also found that on our TV cable there is workout videos you can do too. And I love Chubbychica's idea of sleeping in your sweats so you just roll out and go, excellent!!!!
Reading again what you wrote, it might behoove you to find a class to do after work so you don't go straight home afte work when you're tired from the day. That can lead to bad food choices. Instead do a 1 hour class, or a good walk....then head home to your healthy dinner.

Also, as Classicrocker said make sure your eating plan is a good one. You don't want to undo all the good work by coming home and attacking what ever is there. (yes, I am guilty of that!!) Getting to goal is 80% what we eat and 20% workout!!

YOU CAN DO THIS......SWEAT IS GOOD.....SO SO SOOOOO GOOD!!
